The Project
Management Module User Guide describes the new functionalities
of this Atlas module, which allows you to:
- Review key award and project information on one page, and serves
as a portal for navigation of the key project management pages,
including the:
- Output Definition
- Activity Deliverable Definition
- Risks Log
- Issues Log
- Monitoring and Communication Plan
- Enter, update and track risks elements
- Enter and maintain issues
- Enter and follow up on project monitoring and communication
plan
- Define outputs by recording baseline information, output targets
and indicators and by monitoring achievements.
- Define deliverables for activities, including the recording
of activity purpose, as well as description and quality criteria
- Monitor quality of activity deliverables against the set quality
criteria
- Perform budget revisions in a simple way by activity and by
entering only the amount that needs to be changed.
