• Portfolio analysis: How to conduct a portfolio analysis and prioritize the projects to be compliant and/or converted.
• Programme/project role assignment: How to assign project roles as per the RMG organisation structure, through the use of detailed TOR.
• Project Structure in Atlas: How to optimize the Results Framework of development projects, which will ultimately be entered into Atlas.
• Reflection of output/activity definitions in Atlas: How to enter the definition of Outputs and Activities in Atlas.
• Logs and monitoring tools: How to use the logs and monitoring tools.
